Dang, that was a little close to home - December has been a month of fires here... First, there was that awful tragedy in the neighbour city, then a week later a fire in an insitute I'm working at. Nobody was hurt, but the damage was notable and the building is still filled with the smell of smoke:(.
So I fervently hope there is no personal experience behind this story!:).
Nevertheless, the story is good and I liked the ending:).
